A researcher with experience in Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), Food Hygiene, Antimicrobial Resistance and process evaluation of Public Health research and interventions. Mindy holds a MSc in Environmental Health Sciences from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland. She is currently working on a research project to improve Hygiene in Guardian Waiting Shelters and Communities in Malawi and the COVID – 19 hygiene hub. She also lectures undergraduate students in the Environmental Health department at Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS).
